Delivery Timescales FAQs

When will my order arrive?

UK Mainland

• Standard Delivery:
  

• Orders placed before midday (14:30 pm) on weekdays will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery, including Saturdays.

• Orders placed on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

• Bank holidays may affect delivery times. Your order will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Made-to-Order Items:

• • Please allow 2-14 weeks for delivery of made-to-order items.

How will my order be delivered?

All our orders are shipped via DPD. You'll receive a one-hour delivery slot and tracking information, allowing you to follow your order's journey. If the scheduled delivery time doesn't suit you, you can easily reschedule it via a weblink provided by email and SMS.

Please note:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday) are considered working days.

• During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Our Customer Care team will keep you informed of any potential delays.
