We want you to be completely satisfied with your ErgonomicOS chair. If you're not, you can return it within 20 days for a full refund. Please ensure the chair is returned in its original condition, including all packaging. We can provide a gas lift removal tool to assist with disassembly.

Arranging a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team. We'll guide you through the process and arrange for a hassle-free collection. A £45 collection fee will apply.

Collections can take up to five working days, or longer during peak periods or bank holidays. We will arrange a suitable date with you for the collection to be undertaken. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your ErgonomicOS chair arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer care team. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether it’s a repair or a replacement. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority.

When will I be refunded? 

Once your returned ErgonomicOS gaming chair has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund, minus the £45 collection fee. Please note that processing times may vary.

Must my chair be returned in the original packaging? 

Please ensure the chair is returned in its original box, along with all packaging where possible. We understand that original packaging may sometimes be damaged during the unboxing process. As long as the chair is undamaged and securely packed in a suitable, sturdy box, we’ll gladly process your return.


Cancelling Your Order 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, you won't be charged. If it has shipped but not delivered, we will attempt to recall the order via our courier.
