To process your request, please provide the following information:

  • Your Name and Contact Details

  • Order Number or Reference

  • ErgonomicOS Model Name

  • Damaged Part(s):

    • Headrest

    • Arms

    • Back

    • Buttons

    • Gas Stem

  • Description of the Issue:

    • Please provide a detailed description of the problem.

  • Visual Evidence:

    • If possible, please attach photos or videos of the damage.

  • Shipping Address:

    • Please provide the address where you would like the replacement part to be sent.

Once we've assessed the damage, we'll provide a solution, which may include sending replacement parts or arranging a repair service.

Please note: Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered by the warranty. However, we may be able to provide replacement parts for a fee.
